Your players play free or settle with you at the door, exactly as they do now — we are not in the middle of it. Organisers pay for the open plays they run, and your first 2 are on us.
How you pay: GCash or bank transfer, with a reference we give you. A person confirms it — usually the same day — and the open plays land in your account. No card details are taken anywhere on this site.

Questions people ask
Do my players need an account?
No. They scan the QR code, type their name, and they are in the queue. No app, no sign-up, nothing to install.
How do I collect money from players?
However you do it now — cash at the door is fine. Put the price on the session and players see it before they turn up, so nobody arrives short. The money goes straight to you; it never passes through us.
Is there a subscription?
No, and there is nothing to cancel. You buy open plays and they sit in your account until you run them — no month ticking away, no renewal to remember, and nothing lost if you skip a season.
What happens when I use up my free 2?
You buy more from your dashboard — one at a time, or in a block that works out cheaper per open play, down to ₱60 each. Nothing already running stops, and every session you have run is still there with its results.
Do the open plays I buy expire?
No. They sit in your account until you run them, however long that takes. Nor are they queued behind anything: when you start an open play you choose whether it spends a free one or a paid one, so you can keep the free 2 for one that matters — or never use them at all.
Why is a free open play limited to 2 courts?
So the free ones are a real trial rather than a free tier. Two courts and 18 players is a proper club session — enough to see whether the board works on your court — but it is not the big one, and the big one is what is worth paying for. Nothing is switched off: the board, check-in, rotation and standings are all there on a free session.
I started an open play free and now I need more courts. Am I stuck?
No. Open the session settings and spend one of your paid open plays on it — the limits come off straight away, and the free one it used goes back into your account. It costs exactly what paying for that open play from the start would have.
What if I delete an open play?
If nobody ever checked in and no game was played, you get it back — whether it was a free one or a paid one. Once a single player has joined, the open play counts as run and deleting it does not return anything, which is what stops the count being something you can reset.
